Por volta das 07h30min desta sexta-feira, dia 09 de janeiro, a Polícia Militar de Itapoá atendeu a uma ocorrência de homicídio praticada na Avenida Ana Maria Rodrigues de Freitas [endereço corrigido], esquina com a Beira Mar III, no balneário Itapema do Norte.

A Central 190 da PM recebeu uma ligação telefônica dando conta de que, após serem ouvidos uns quatro ou cinco disparos de arma de fogo, havia uma pessoa caída na calçada.

Policiais, então, dirigiram-se ao local, onde constataram o fato. A vítima ainda tinha sinais vitais. O SAMU (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência foi acionado), juntamente com o Corpo de Bombeiros Militar.

Antes mesmo da chegada do socorro, a vítima veio a óbito no local.

A Polícia Militar fez buscas, tentando localizar o autor ou os autores, mas não teve sucesso no momento.

A vítima foi identificada como Luiz Martins, conhecido como “Barrica”. Ele tinha 37 anos e era natural de Joinville. Era filho de Arnaldo Martins Filho e Ana Maria Martins.

Esse é o quinto homicídio em Itapoá neste ano de 2015, em apenas nove dias.

Manifestações no Facebook

Imediatamente após o registro da ocorrência policial, diversas manifestações de preocupação tomaram conta dos perfis itapoaenses no Facebook. Também nessa rede social, o internauta Joari Soares, está organizando um evento intitulado “Por uma Itapoá mais Segura”, para a próxima quarta-feira, dia 14 de janeiro, com concentração às 19h no pátio do Brasão. A intenção é protestar contra as constantes ações criminosas ocorridas no Município (homicídios, assaltos, roubos, etc). Até o fechamento desta matéria, 2,1 mil internautas haviam sido convidados, dos quais 187 já haviam confirmado presença.
