Na manhã dessa terça-feira, dia 11 de fevereiro, a Polícia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Itapoá, Delegacia de Homicídios de Joinville e Polícia Militar de Itapoá, cumpriu três mandados de prisão preventiva e três mandados de busca e apreensão a fim de coibir o crime de tráfico de drogas na cidade.

A operação contou com 28 policiais que, em Itapoá, cumpriram três mandados de busca e apreensão e dois mandados de prisão preventiva. Foram aprendidos 1,5 kg de maconha, 440 gramas de cocaína, 270 gramas de crack, 88 comprimidos de ecstasy, 4.000 pinos plásticos para acondicionamento de droga, quatro balanças de precisão, três aparelhos celulares e um notebook.

Na cidade de Joinville, foi realizado o cumprimento de um mandado de prisão preventiva, também em decorrência do tráfico de drogas.

Ao todo, a operação realizou a prisão de quatro pessoas por crime de tráfico de drogas. Todos foram encaminhados ao IML para exames e, posteriormente, ao Presídio Regional de Joinville/SC, onde ficam à disposição do Poder Judiciário.
