De acordo com o divulgado pela Amunesc (Associação dos Municípios do Nordeste de Santa Catarina), a Prefeitura de Itapoá pretende finalizar a primeira etapa das obras de revitalização da Avenida André Rodrigues de Freitas até a primeira quinzena de dezembro.

Os trabalhos estão em andamento. Nos próximos dias, estarão sendo finalizados os serviços de colocação da massa asfáltica, abrangendo aproximadamente 500 metros da via. Esse serviço deve ser finalizado em duas semanas.

Depois, serão iniciadas as obras de melhorias nas calçadas, que terão espaço compartilhado com ciclovia e acessibilidade, além de paisagismo.

O projeto de readequação dessa importante via de acesso à região central e orla de Itapoá foi elaborado pela equipe de Engenharia, Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Amunesc.

O investimento da obra é de R$ 3,5 milhões, com recursos próprios do Município.

A segunda etapa da obra, também com projeto elaborado pela Amunesc, será licitada até o final do ano. A previsão da Prefeitura de Itapoá é que os trabalhos iniciem em março de 2022, após o carnaval.

“Essa obra é muito importante não só para os moradores, mas também para a valorização do comércio local, porque é uma avenida com diversos estabelecimentos. Além de ser uma infraestrutura que atende o desenvolvimento do turismo local”, disse à Amunesc, o secretário de Turismo e Cultura, João Márcio Faligurski.
