Pouco antes das 15h30 dessa quarta-feira, dia 19 de maio, o Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Itapoá foi acionado para o atendimento de um incêndio em veículo na Rua 2550, bairro Pontal, em Itapoá.

Chegando ao local da ocorrência, foi constatado se tratar de um VW Kombi com placas de Itapoá.

O condutor relatou que quando percebeu o fogo no veículo teve tempo apenas de sair do interior sem conseguir combater as chamas. Ele havia acabado de encher o tanque de combustível.

No momento de chegada dos bombeiros, as chamas já haviam tomado o veículo e, inclusive, queimado diversas ferramentas de trabalho de seu proprietário.

Ao todo, foram utilizados 2 mil litros de água no combate e extinção das chamas.

Na sequência, a Kombi ficou aos cuidados do seu proprietário que estava providenciando um caminhão guincho para poder retirar o veículo do local.
