Por volta das 14h30min desta quinta-feira, dia 03 de agosto, policiais militares realizavam rondas no bairro Pontal, em Itapoá, quando foram abordados por moradores da região. Estes informaram que um homem estaria desmatando uma área sem as autorizações legais para tal.

Já no endereço denunciado, a Polícia encontrou um indivíduo derrubando algumas árvores e o indagou a respeito das autorizações necessárias para tal feito. O homem apenas informou que estava prestando serviços a um terceiro. Diante dos fatos, a PM o advertiu sobre o crime e as consequências que ele poderia sofrer se continuasse com aquele trabalho sem a autorização dos órgãos competentes. Um termo circunstanciado foi lavrado contra o homem e os policiais fotografaram o local.

  • Pior sao os restos de construcao e lixo jogados ao mar na rua ayrton senna da silva no pontal mesmo.

    • Sim. A rua 2570 esta abandonada pela prefeitura a muito. Agora colocaram uma montanha de pixe no meio da rua

    • Lixo caseiro tb. Sem contar que o sr que e dono da casa que fica a beira das pedras coloca barcos, carros, entulhos na rua como se fosse seu quintal.
